Many believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, after tasting our breakfasts we hope you agree. Breakfast at Westview is a leisurely affair, we want you to enjoy the views and savour the breakfast. Our bacon, sausages and black pudding is all sourced from local farms and we had a wonderful time tasting and testing sausages and bacon before we chose our suppliers, sue and co and Glaisfer Uchaf. The eggs are even closer to home from our neighbours hens, you can walk down the garden and see them them scratching around. Our full Welsh breakfast offers you a great start to your day or try one of our daily specials. It could Glamorgan patties with poached eggs and mushrooms or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon from the Black Mountain Smokery. Homemade bread with our own delicious marmalade rounds off your meal and sets you up for the day. Cereals, porridge and fruit juice are always provided. By request we are able to offer exciting alternatives to our standard offerings to meet special dietary needs. For example have coeliac sausages or maybe savoury vegetarian Welsh cakes. Just let us know in advance and we will provide you with a delicious cooked breakfast.
